Yoodli, the leading enterprise experiential learning platform for sales enablement and professional training, and Iris, the AI-powered proposal and RFP automation platform, today announced a strategic partnership that connects proposal intelligence directly to sales practice. This transforms how go-to-market teams learn, rehearse, and win deals. The partnership also raises the bar for sales enablement and professional training by grounding AI roleplays in real proposal content.
This collaboration bridges a long-standing gap in sales enablement by turning institutional knowledge captured in proposals, RFPs, and product documentation into personalized, AI-powered roleplay experiences. Together, Yoodli and Iris ensure that the knowledge teams build while winning deals becomes the foundation for how sellers train, pitch, and present.
“Sales teams already know what works, it’s embedded in their best proposals and RFP responses,” said Varun Puri, CEO and co-founder of Yoodli. “By connecting Yoodli to Iris, we’re making that knowledge immediately usable for practice. Reps aren’t training on generic scripts anymore, they’re rehearsing with the exact messaging, objections, and positioning that win deals for their company.”
Why sales enablement and professional training need proposal intelligence
Sales teams spend months refining messaging, competitive positioning, and objection handling through proposals and RFPs. Yet that hard-won expertise often lives in static documents, disconnected from training and onboarding.
Through this partnership, Iris customers can instantly generate Yoodli roleplay scenarios using their existing proposal knowledge, including past RFPs, product information, competitive differentiators, and institutional best practices. If an RFP includes an oral presentation or live pitch, teams can now practice directly against that exact material, within Yoodli.
At the same time, Yoodli customers can generate proposals and RFP responses using training materials already managed in Yoodli, reducing duplicate work and ensuring consistent messaging across sales execution and enablement.
“Every RFP response captures hard-won knowledge about your products, your differentiators, and what wins deals. This partnership ensures that knowledge doesn’t just live in documents—it becomes the foundation for how your team sells,” shares Ben Hills, CEO at Iris AI.
