When we launched the AI Platform for Human Skills, we expanded our mission. Instead of only helping people communicate with confidence, we now help them get measurably better in their careers. Since then, we’ve heard the same request from some of our largest enterprise customers, and it’s shaping what we’re building next.
The idea came straight from some of our largest enterprise customers, who kept asking for the same thing. As a result, we’re building Yoodli can now power your Academy, a configurable enablement academy that runs on Yoodli.
What enablement academy leaders are asking for
Across sales, support, partner, and manager teams, enterprise leaders are standing up named enablement academies with an executive sponsor behind them. What’s more, they keep asking for the same four things:
- Proof of ability, not knowledge. They want people to earn certification by passing a realistic roleplay, not a quiz. In other words, completion rates no longer measure what matters.
- A clear target for every role. Each team already knows what good looks like. For example, that might be a success profile, a hard metric like product-attach rate, or a soft skill like emotional intelligence.
- No rip and replace. Their courses, videos, and documents already live in an LMS, a content hub, or a portal. So they want Yoodli on top of what they have, not another system to manage.
- Results they can show the business. Above all, they need pipeline impact, lift against baseline, and change that shows up on real calls, not just in practice.
Yoodli can now power your academy
That’s why Yoodli can now power your academy: a configurable, branded enablement site for your customer-facing teams. It’s the front door to how your people get measurably better. It knows what good looks like for each role, shows every person where they stand with real skills-proficiency data, and gives them the practice and content to close the gap.
However, it isn’t another LMS, and you don’t need to move your content. Your courses, videos, and docs stay where they live today. Instead, Yoodli Coach pulls from them and decides what each person should learn and practice next.
How it works
Your academy site is branded to your company and configured to your roles. Under the hood, three Yoodli capabilities do the work:
- Yoodli Coach guides every person. It works like a personal trainer. For instance, it knows each person’s gaps, suggests 15 to 20 minute sessions each week, preps them before calls, and follows up after. When it’s relevant, it also pulls in your own content (a video clip, a course, a doc) instead of assigning another course. Meanwhile, managers can redirect what the Coach focuses on.
- Yoodli Measure defines what good looks like. Every role gets a skill profile, which you can import from your HR systems or set as goals in Yoodli. Then Yoodli scores each person on practice, real calls, and knowledge checks. On top of that, managers get a team view that ties skills to results.
- Yoodli Roleplays and Yoodli Personas make it real. Hyper-realistic practice with AI personas builds the skill. Plus, the pass-or-fail moment gives certification and accreditation real credibility. If you want a head start today, the Yoodli template library already includes ready-to-use enablement programs you can customize.
Yoodli Coach spots a pattern across a rep’s recent calls and lines up the module, practice, and coaching session to fix it.
Closing the loop
Together, these capabilities close the loop every academy is trying to run. First, define what good looks like. Then measure people against it, coach and practice, and finally see the change on real calls and in the pipeline.
If you’re building an academy from scratch, Yoodli can now power it end to end, from the site to the skills data. If you already have an academy/enablement portal, Yoodli becomes the practice and proof layer inside it. Either way, your people get one place to get better, and you get proof that they did.
Join the early access program
We’re building this alongside a small group of customers in an invite-only early access program. Early partners will help shape what it becomes and be first to roll it out to their team. Reach out to your customer success manager.
After all, we’ve always believed that the more work AI takes on, the more human potential matters. Your academy is where that potential grows.

Frequently asked questions
How does Yoodli power our internal enablement academy?
Yoodli gives your customer-facing teams their own enablement academy, with your brand on the front and Yoodli under the hood. In short, it defines what good looks like for each role, shows every person where they stand with skills-proficiency data, and gives them the practice and content to close the gap.
Who is the academy for?
We’re building it for enterprise organizations that run academies for customer-facing teams, including sales, support, partner, and manager teams.
Is this academy an LMS?
No, the academy powered by Yoodli isn’t another LMS. Instead, it sits on top of the systems you already use, and Yoodli Coach pulls from your existing courses, videos, and docs to recommend what each person should learn and practice next.
Do I need to migrate my training content?
No. Your content stays where it lives today, whether that’s an LMS, a content hub, or a portal.
We already have an enablement portal. Can we still use it?
Yes. In that case, Yoodli becomes the practice and proof layer inside your portal. However, if you’re building an academy from scratch, Academy in a Box gives you both the site and the engine.
How does certification work?
People earn certification by passing a realistic AI roleplay with Yoodli Personas, not a quiz. As a result, the pass-or-fail moment gives certification and accreditation real credibility.
How is each person’s skill measured?
Yoodli Measure gives every role a skill profile, which you can import from your HR systems or set as goals in Yoodli. Then Yoodli scores each person on practice sessions, real calls, and knowledge checks.
How much time does it take each week?
Yoodli Coach suggests 15 to 20 minute sessions each week. In addition, it preps people before calls and follows up after.
What do managers get?
Managers get a team view that ties skill proficiency to business results. Plus, they can redirect what Yoodli Coach focuses on for their team.
What results can we show the business?
Your academy, powered by Yoodli, helps you show pipeline impact, lift against baseline, and behavior change on real customer calls, not just in practice.
When will the Academy powered by Yoodli be available, and how do I get access?
Not yet. Right now, we’re building it with a small group of customers in an invite-only early access program. So if you’re an existing customer, reach out to your Customer Success Manager to request a spot.
