Recognized among NVIDIA, Snowflake, Intuit, and Okta, Yoodli’s AI-powered experiential learning platform is redefining how enterprise teams build readiness for high-stakes conversations.
Yoodli has been named the Cognitive Communications Solution of the Year by the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards, one of the most established and competitive AI recognition programs running today.
About the AI Breakthrough Awards
Now in its eighth year, the AI Breakthrough Awards program received more than 5,000 nominations from organizations across 20+ countries in 2026, with winners spanning every major category of AI innovation, from machine learning and generative AI to enterprise automation and data intelligence. This year’s honorees include NVIDIA, Snowflake, Intuit, Okta, and Superhuman, among others, which makes the recognition meaningful in a way that goes beyond the trophy itself.
Why cognitive communications is its own category
Communication is one of the most human skills there is, and it’s also one of the hardest to develop consistently across an enterprise. Most organizational learning programs are built around the wrong question; they measure whether someone completed a course, attended a workshop, or watched a video, but they can’t tell you whether that person can handle the conversation when something real is on the line.
That’s exactly what this recognition reflects, and why Yoodli was built to do something different.
Our AI-powered experiential learning platform gives teams a private, judgment-free space to work through the Learn → Practice → Do loop, rehearsing real conversations, receiving immediate and consistent feedback, and building the kind of readiness that shows up in performance. Whether the moment is a high-stakes sales call, an executive presentation, a difficult customer conversation, or a leadership interaction that sets the tone for a team, Yoodli makes realistic, personalized practice available to every person in an organization, at a scale no human coaching program can match.
Being recognized specifically for cognitive communications reflects something we’ve believed since the beginning: there’s a meaningful difference between AI that processes language and AI that genuinely helps people communicate better, and that difference shows up in outcomes.
Those aren’t completion metrics, they’re performance outcomes, and that distinction is exactly what this award is about.
The platform behind the award
Learners don’t consume content and hope it translates. They apply it immediately in realistic AI roleplays, receive actionable coaching on delivery, clarity, and effectiveness, and keep practicing until the skill is genuinely there. Administrators maintain full control over personas, rubrics, scenarios, and coaching standards so that practice reflects how their organization actually works, not a generic template. Leaders get dashboards that show who is ready, where gaps exist, and where coaching time will have the most impact. And because the platform is built to scale horizontally across sales, enablement, L&D, leadership development, and partner training, organizations don’t need to add new tools as they grow, they expand the loop.
That’s what enterprise-grade cognitive communications looks like in practice, and it’s what earned this recognition.
What’s next
Our team continues to push the boundaries of what AI-powered experiential learning can do for enterprise organizations, and this award reinforces that the category we’re building is real, the outcomes are measurable, and the demand from teams who want to close the gap between training and performance is only growing.
To our customers, our partners, and everyone on the Yoodli team who makes this possible: thank you. This one is for you.
Yoodli is a secure, AI-powered experiential learning platform that helps enterprise teams learn, practice, and perform in high-stakes conversations. Learn more atyoodli.ai.
Case Study | Education & Language Learning | AI Tutor
TL;DR
Accepted Egypt, an intensive English language training program based in Cairo, partnered with Yoodli after evaluating multiple AI tools over more than a year. Yoodli was the only platform that delivered genuine two-way conversational AI, custom rubric-based scoring, and behavior-controlled AI personas, without requiring extensive prompting or technical expertise.
In 6 months: 75+ learners enrolled, 613+ hours of AI practice completed, 9.3k roleplay practices across ~260 lessons, 76% of learners improved by 20+ points on English speaking skills, and 47% graduates secured employment in Egypt’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, with salary increases from 10,000 EGP to 22,000 EGP per month (2.2x).
Background
Accepted Egypt is an intensive English language training program that helps Arabic-speaking adults in Cairo enhance their English communication skills to qualify for higher-paying employment, particularly in Egypt’s rapidly growing BPO sector and call center industry.
The program takes learners from beginner (A1) to job-ready (B1+) proficiency within 60 to 90 days through a combination of daily instructor-led sessions and high-volume guided AI practice tasks.
Founded by Mohamed Farahat, a former Teleperformance Egypt quality analyst and recruiter, Accepted Egypt was built on a single insight: Egypt’s skilled labor market faces a structural gap. Global companies are relocating operations to Egypt driven by cost advantages (1 USD = 50 EGP), but consistently struggle to find workers with the English proficiency required for client-facing roles. Accepted Egypt bridges that gap, combining structured language instruction with AI-powered practice at scale.
Challenge
Before Yoodli, Accepted Egypt spent more than a year evaluating and using alternative AI practice platforms. Other tools missed the mark in these critical areas:
No Custom Content Upload
Most platforms come with pre-built content libraries that cannot be modified. This forced a painful choice: either adapt the institution’s curriculum to match the vendor’s content, or accept that students would practice tasks completely unrelated to what they learned in class. A student trained on describing personal memories in an Egyptian context would go home to practice tasks about topics like ‘Day of the Dead’, a culturally disconnected experience that undermined learning transfer and student motivation.
No Genuine Two-Way Conversation
The majority of tools operate on a ‘press a button, say a sentence’ model. Students repeat phrases or respond to static prompts. There is no back-and-forth, no follow-up question, no conversational pressure, no simulation of a real interaction. This is fundamentally different from what a BPO job requires, where an agent must listen, process, and respond dynamically in real time.
No AI Behavior Control
Some tools offer a form of conversational AI, but with no backend control over how the AI behaves. Building a realistic scenario required 30 to 45 minutes of detailed prompting, and even then the results were inconsistent and unpredictable.
Credit Exhaustion Kills Practice
Platforms simply stopped responding when credits ran out, mid-session, without warning. For a program that requires students to complete four practice tasks per day, five days per week, this kind of interruption is operationally unacceptable.
The Solution
After more than a year of evaluation, Yoodli was selected as the only platform that met all of Accepted Egypt’s core requirements simultaneously:
Genuine Two-Way Conversational AI English Training
Yoodli enables real-time, spoken back-and-forth dialogue. The AI does not just wait for a student to finish speaking, it engages, challenges, asks follow-up questions, and responds to what the student actually says. This mirrors the conversational demands of a real BPO role in a way no other evaluated tool could replicate.
Custom Content: Built Around Our Curriculum
Yoodli allows institutions to build practice scenarios from scratch using their own content. At Accepted Egypt, every AI practice task is built directly from the lesson taught that day: same vocabulary, same functional language, same context. Students practice exactly what they learned. This closes the gap between instruction and practice that undermined every other tool we tried.
AI Behavior That Works Without Extensive Prompting
Yoodli’s backend AI behavior system is the most significant differentiator. A prompt that would take 30 to 45 minutes to build on another platform takes 5 to 10 minutes on Yoodli, and produces better results. The AI understands context. If the scenario requires a frustrated customer who gradually calms down when handled professionally, Yoodli delivers that naturally. It does not need to be told every single thing, as long as the situation is set up correctly, the AI does the job.
Yoodli also provides a measure of prompt quality, indicating whether a prompt is likely to produce a strong, medium, or weak AI interaction. This feedback loop helped our instructors improve their content creation skills over time, without requiring any technical background in AI or prompt engineering.
Multiple Personas: Variety at Scale
Yoodli supports multiple AI personas within a single program. Students at Accepted Egypt are exposed to different conversational styles, accents, interaction patterns, and character types. From patient tutors to assertive interviewers to demanding customers. This variety prevents adaptation to a single AI voice and builds genuine conversational flexibility.
Custom Rubric-Based Scoring Across Five Dimensions
Every practice session at Accepted Egypt is scored across 5 speaking dimensions:
Fluency: smoothness and natural flow of speech
Grammar: accuracy of sentence structure
Pronunciation: clarity and intelligibility
Natural English: use of idiomatic, contextually appropriate language
Tonality: appropriate register, warmth, and professionalism
These rubrics are custom-built for each proficiency level (A1 through B1+), and become progressively more demanding as students advance. A score of 4/5 at A2 requires a higher standard of performance at B1, ensuring students are continuously challenged, not just repeating the same level of effort.
Results of AI English Training
Across 6 months of deployment, the Yoodli-powered program at Accepted Egypt delivered measurable outcomes across four dimensions:
Beyond the quantitative results, Accepted Egypt’s experience highlights several qualitative outcomes that speak to the AI Tutor‘s differentiated value:
Competitive tool replacement: After more than a year with previous solutions and evaluations of multiple alternatives, Yoodli was the only tool that met Accepted Egypt’s requirements for two-way conversational AI, custom rubric scoring, and scalable guided practice
Behavioral AI quality: Yoodli that the system “is smart enough so I don’t have to tell it every single thing, as long as I set up the situation, the AI does the job.” Compared to other services where prompting an angry customer persona required extensive effort and produced unrealistic extremes, Yoodli’s AI produced natural, context-appropriate responses with minimal prompting.
User-friendly design: Teachers with no AI or prompting background can create and manage practice scenarios, lowering the barrier to scaling the program beyond Mohamed’s direct involvement.
WHAT’S NEXT
Q2 2026: Scaling to 400+ Learners
Accepted Egypt is launching a major Q2 initiative targeting 400+ learners, partnering with educational influencers across Egypt to reach new audiences. Yoodli’s AI Tutor will serve as the core practice engine for this expanded cohort. The first institutional-scale AI English training deployment of its kind in Egypt.
AI Tutor-Led Instruction
Accepted Egypt is actively testing Yoodli’s screen sharing and PowerPoint integration to explore delivering full structured lessons, not just practice tasks, through the AI Tutor. If successful, this shifts the business model from instructor-dependent delivery to AI-led tutoring at scale. This allows the program to serve significantly more learners without proportional instructor overhead.
Beyond English: Finance, Management, and Professional Skills
The architecture Accepted Egypt has built on Yoodli, custom rubrics, progressive difficulty, persona-based practice, is not limited to language learning. Future programs will use the same framework to tutor learners on finance for non-financial professionals, people management, and business communication skills. Yoodli’s AI is smart enough to operate across domains as long as the situation is set up correctly, and Accepted Egypt intends to prove that at scale.
University Partnerships
Accepted Egypt is in early discussions with Egyptian universities to integrate Yoodli into their learning cycles, bringing AI-powered speaking practice to thousands of students who currently have no access to structured conversational English training.
The Middle East Opportunity
Egypt is not an isolated case. Across the Middle East and North Africa, the same structural gap exists: a growing demand for English-proficient workers in BPO, technology, and professional services, and a workforce that lacks the conversational practice infrastructure to meet that demand. The economic incentive is significant: in Egypt alone, the difference between a non-English-proficient worker and a B1-level English speaker is a salary increase of more than 100%.
Accepted Egypt represents proof that Yoodli can operate at institutional scale in this market, with measurable outcomes, high engagement, and real employment results. The opportunity to expand this model across the region is significant, and Accepted Egypt is positioned to be Yoodli’s regional implementation partner as that expansion unfolds.

Today I want to share something that has absolutely transformed my professional journey – Yoodli AI Roleplays! SQUIRREL! Sorry about that. Where was I? Oh yes, Yoodli!
Yoodli is like Grammarly, but for barking! It helps me practice all kinds of conversations, from pitching my startup idea (Indy’s Innovative Treat Dispensers—still looking for investors, btw) to asking for more belly rubs in a professional yet persuasive manner. You can even use it for your whole pack if you want!
For example, before Yoodli, my request for extra dinner sounded like: bark bark (jumping) whine whine (big eyes) bark bark BARK. Effective? Sometimes. But with Yoodli, I practiced a more structured approach with 3 talking points as to why an extra serving of dinner is crucial to my productivity:
More Food, More Fetch – “Extra dinner means extra energy, which means I can chase the ball even faster. It’s a win-win.”
Bowl-flation is Real – “I’ve crunched the numbers. They were delicious. But I still need more.”
Emotional Support Snack – “Dinner is great, but have you considered the mental health benefits of a little extra? Happiness levels would skyrocket.”
And guess what? It worked.
Also, my attention span? Not great. But Yoodli gives me real-time feedback and keeps me focused! I no longer interrupt important meetings by suddenly thinking about how good sticks are. (They’re really good, though.) The only thing it can’t do is give me fingers for typing, so I’m using Wispr Flow to write this blog post. Sometimes my nose gets on the keyboard and makes tyyyypes loook likeeeeee thisssssss. But that gets fixed when my human edits the ruff draft.
So anyway if you’re a dog—or, I suppose, a human—looking to improve your communication, give Yoodli a try! And if you made it this far, congrats, you’ve just been part of my April Fool’s prank. Or have you? Woof woof.
See you on LinkedIn! Stay pawsitive! 🐾

By incorporating Yoodli into your coaching sessions, you can enhance the learning experience, offer data-driven insights, and give participants the tools to track and improve their progress. Let’s dive into three specific ways Yoodli can elevate your coaching game.
3 Ways Yoodli Acts as Your Coaching Copilot
1. Breakout Rooms for Live Roleplay Practice
Make your workshops more engaging by giving participants the chance to break off and apply what they’ve learned through interactive roleplaying. With Yoodli, you can guide them through structured exercises that reinforce key lessons in a hands-on way. In virtual workshops, participants can join breakout rooms and practice with pre-made roleplays on their laptops or smartphones. For in-person sessions, they can use their phones to engage in live roleplays and receive instant AI-powered feedback. To make the process seamless, have them follow a guide, like this one, to sign into Yoodli and practice on a pre-made roleplay.
Set custom goals before participants dive in to ensure that real-time feedback aligns with your session’s objectives. This keeps them focused on the most important takeaways and helps them improve where it matters most.
To wrap up your session, have participants record a second roleplay to track their progress. Seeing their improvement firsthand reinforces learning and highlights the real impact of your coaching.
Best For:
Virtual Workshops
Group Coaching Sessions
2. Instant Replay During Virtual Coaching
When conducting 1-on-1 coaching or sessions through Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, you can record your participant’s presentation or mock interview in real-time. Yoodli provides instant replays, allowing you to walk through the recording with your participant and provide actionable feedback. You can also highlight key statistics, such as body language, word choice, pacing, and more. Plus, you can provide participants with a follow-up link to the session recording and a summary, offering them a robust resource to review after the session.
Best For:
Virtual Sessions
1-on-1 Coaching
3. In-Person Coaching with AI Insights
In-person coaching can also benefit from Yoodli’s insights. By recording a participant’s presentation using a phone or laptop, you can upload the recording to Yoodli for instant feedback. Yoodli’s AI evaluates critical communication metrics such as filler words, pacing, and delivery. This complements the human-led coaching you provide, giving your participants valuable, data-driven insights that focus on the tactical aspects of their communication. This allows you to spend more time addressing deeper communication challenges while still providing detailed, actionable feedback.
Best For:
In-Person Sessions
1-on-1 Coaching

By incorporating Yoodli into your workshops and coaching sessions, you’re offering your participants a comprehensive coaching experience that combines expert guidance with advanced AI-powered feedback. Vautier Communications enhanced their coaching programs by adopting Yoodli’s AI coaching platform, resulting in streamlined processes, a 15% revenue increase, ongoing engagement, and a modernized approach that allows coaches to focus on high-impact training.
Background
Vautier Communications is a leading player in the business communications space, specializing in delivering education and training to individuals and groups. Their mission is simple: help people “speak as well as they think.” Their coaching sessions are structured in small group formats, typically consisting of 12 participants led by one coach, focusing on communication skills across business units. Their two-day coaching programs are built on the principle of “learn by doing,” where participants practice and receive feedback in real-time, guided by Vautier’s team of expert coaches.
Through Yoodli, Vautier Communications achieved a 15% increase in revenue per client and successfully scaled the use of AI and technology across multiple clients.
The Problem
Vautier Communications faced the following challenges:
Manual Video Recording: For years, Vautier’s coaches used SD cards to record sessions, but this method has become impractical. Collecting 12 cards per session, uploading files to Dropbox, and sharing links with participants is time-consuming and limits client access. Many clients struggle to review videos due to outdated technology or lack of time.
Limited Post-Program Support: Vautier’s business thrives on word-of-mouth and referrals, but their touchpoints with clients often end after their intensive two-day programs. The company wanted to extend the relationship by providing more opportunities for participants to practice beyond the coaching sessions.
Static Technology: Although their SD card system worked in the classroom, Vautier recognized the need to evolve. They aimed to integrate more advanced technology that would simplify their process while adding value to their offerings, especially for clients accustomed to digital platforms and on-demand feedback.
“Managing the logistics of video recordings was becoming increasingly challenging, and our clients struggled to access their feedback. We needed a solution that would streamline our process and enhance the overall experience for clients.” – Jenn Alex, Coach & Vice-President of Sales & People
The Solution & Impact
Vautier adopted a bespoke version of Yoodli’s AI platform, customized with their branding and content, to enhance participant experience and extend the impact of their coaching programs.
Their benefits include:
Seamless Integration with Yoodli: Vautier switched from SD card recordings to Yoodli’s AI platform, allowing participants to practice their talks and receive objective, data-driven feedback on communication metrics like filler words and pacing. This streamlined the process, eliminating the need for SD cards and Dropbox links.
Increased Revenue: With Yoodli’s scalable AI solution, Vautier raised their program price by 15%, allowing all participants to access AI-driven feedback and personalized insights. This freed up coaches to concentrate on more strategic aspects of communication training.
Ongoing Client Engagement: Vautier extended clients’ access to Yoodli for three months post-program, allowing participants to practice communication skills with AI feedback in real-world scenarios. This engagement boosted client retention and strengthened relationships, enhancing their referral-driven business model.
Tech-Savvy Future: Integrating Yoodli modernized Vautier’s coaching framework, enabling participants to access feedback digitally and practice anytime with AI-generated insights. This allows Vautier to focus more on high-impact coaching and less on administrative tasks.
“Integrating Yoodli has transformed our coaching approach. Not only have we seen a 15% increase in revenue, but our participants now have the tools to practice and receive instant feedback anytime, making our training more impactful than ever.” — John Vautier, Coach & Vice-President of Sales
Vautier’s Approach with Yoodli
Vautier’s coaching philosophy is direct, intuitive, and strengths-based, focusing on four key areas: executive presence, message organization, delivery, and Q&A facilitation. By integrating Yoodli, they complemented their human-led coaching with AI insights, enabling participants to receive feedback on the most tactical elements of their presentations while continuing to focus on deeper aspects of communication during live sessions.
The result? An enhanced coaching experience that stays true to Vautier’s core values while embracing the future of AI-enabled learning.

Clarity Media Group is one of the world’s leading media training and executive communications companies. Collectively, they have provided 60,000+ hours of client coaching across 40+ countries and placed 13,000+ media stories. A large part of the team is former journalists from organizations such as CNN and Bloomberg and have won over 14 Emmys. Clarity’s clients are predominantly C Suite executives at Fortune 500 companies (such as Meta, L’Oreal, Bloomberg, Credit Suisse) preparing for upcoming keynotes or media events.
Problem:
Clarity’s media trainers provide clients highly bespoke training that varies based on their clients’ needs. Driving trainer productivity and a premium client experience are crucial for the Clarity leadership team. They were looking to:
Help trainers save time on the “non-coaching” aspects of the job: As an example, each trainer would spend at least 15 minutes after each training session writing summary notes & uploading recordings to Dropbox, creating a follow up folder for each client. This translates to ~5 hours per week (or 250 hours per year)
Augment trainer’s coaching with quantifiable statistics, especially for highly technical audiences that emphasize measurable outcomes
Solution:
Clarity partnered with Yoodli genAI communication coach to create a custom solution built around Clarity’s branding. Given the white glove service that Clarity provides its clients, ease of customization and emphasis on Clarity branding was critical.
Clarity trainers now use Yoodli during all their coaching sessions. As a result, trainers are able to show clients instant replays of practice roleplay sessions (eg. CNN media interview) as well as statistics on their communication skills (body language, word choice, delivery, and more). Yoodli’s recording tool is as seamless as the former method, while also providing the beneficial features such as the AI-analytics, an instant transcription, and an instant follow up link of the recording and summary that we can provide to the client. This allows trainers to use less applications during and post training, while also providing the client with more robust and quantifiable coaching notes.
With Yoodli, it takes under 30 seconds and a single click to share recordings with clients. This makes it easy to show value to both the client as well as their buyer on the client side who can see the impact of their training.
“Yoodli is game-changing. We can’t imagine going back to the old manual way of media training. Within seconds, we can show clients a replay of their roleplay and quantifiable metrics on their pacing, exec presence, and word choice. This is the future of media training and the pace of change is exciting”
– Mariko Takahashi (COO, Clarity Media Group)
Clarity is one of the earliest adopters of AI in what’s been a typically slow moving industry. Being able to embed generative AI into their offerings provides an immediate wow factor that differentiates them from their competitors.
Overcoming initial concerns:
Clarity’s team was initially worried about how genAI might integrate into their offerings. Here’s how they overcame their hesitations.
Privacy as crucial: Given their senior client profile, Clarity had to ensure that client recordings would be completely locked down. Yoodli is SOC2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant and ensures that recordings are not accessible to anyone except the speaker. On the enterprise plan, data can be wiped from the system per the user’s requirements.
AI potentially replacing humans: There was skepticism about whether AI feedback would contradict that of Clarity coaches. Yoodli is built by coaches for coaches and provides feedback using Clarity’s custom rubrics. Note that Yoodli cannot replace the work done by highly experienced media trainers. However, it augments coaching to help trainers scale their work. Think of Yoodli to a media trainer as a medical report to a doctor or a power drill to an electrician.
Branding and whitelabel: Clarity did not want to provide customers with an off-the-shelf solution, especially given that their coaching was based on years of specialized training. The Yoodli team worked with Clarity on a custom experience that is tailored to their needs.
Impact metrics:
Time savings: The Clarity team has saved over 250+ hours per year through Yoodli. Trainers can now use this valuable time to source new leads or focus on existing clients.
Usage: The Clarity team has used Yoodli across 200+ coaching sessions and uses the platform at least once a day
Client reactions: At least 5 clients (ranging from insurance to security firms) have reached out asking to get access to genAI communication coaching. Clarity has seen so much positive response on Yoodli that they have now partnered on an affiliate partnership for clients.
Capitol Debate offers programs that focus on building confidence and leadership skills in students through public speaking and debate. A significant challenge faced by camp instructors was the lack of familiarity with students’ abilities and personalities before the camps began. This made it difficult for instructors to tailor their teaching to meet individual students’ needs effectively. Additionally, camp instructors would spend 2 hours per student evaluating speeches according to the Capitol Debate rubric.
“Before Yoodli, we had no idea who was walking into our classes, which made it tough to tailor our approach right from the start. Now, with Yoodli, we can get to know our campers beforehand, and it’s been a game changer! Yoodli has provided our instructors the extra time to provide more personalized feedback. We’re so excited about the growth and progress we’ve seen in our campers thanks to this tool!” —Rachel Christoph, Lead Instructor and Head of Curriculum
The Solution
Capitol Debate integrated Yoodli AI speech coach into their summer camp curriculum to train nearly 1,000 students in public speaking and debate. Through Yoodli, Capitol Debate instructors are now able to:
Assess the students’ strengths and weaknesses early on
Work with 25% more students and reduce feedback time by 50% with an AI coach providing humanlike feedback
Focus on delivering more advanced and personalized advice. Yoodli software will provide students with valuable feedback, saving instructors time by automatically counting disfluencies like “um” and “ah,” analyzing word usage, and assessing the conciseness of language.
View and share student progress with each other and the students’ parents
The learner flow is as follows:
Before the camp, students record a 1-2 minute video about a topic they are passionate about. This allows instructors to assess the students’ strengths and weaknesses early on.
During the first week of camp, the focus is on public speaking. Students spend the week writing persuasive speeches, which are recorded and analyzed using Yoodli. The tool automatically provides feedback on key areas like word choice, disfluencies, weak words, and speech pace. . Junior instructors use this feedback to offer personalized comments and evaluations, helping students improve their skills. With Yoodli’s automated feedback on structure, content, and delivery, junior instructors can provide specialized feedback in half the time at specific time stamped moments within their speech.
In the second week, the focus shifts to debate. Students record refutation speeches and participate in a debate tournament. Yoodli was used to analyze their speeches, providing real-time feedback on fluency and timing.
Students have unlimited access to Yoodli. They could practice their speeches as many times as they liked in order to build their confidence. The private, judgment-free aspect made it feel less like an assignment and more a self improvement opportunity.
This generation of 10-17 year olds is incredibly tech-savvy, having grown up with digital tools at their fingertips. They’re not just comfortable with technology like Yoodli, but also eager to continue using it to enhance their skills. Whether it’s for refining their public speaking or boosting their confidence, these young learners see tech as a natural extension of their learning process, making platforms like Yoodli a key part of their growth journey.
